IYIP
Haven Youth and Family Services offers the Illinois Youth Investment Program (IYIP), a comprehensive approach to youth employment that prioritizes the future of at-risk transition-age youth (16-24) in Illinois.
Our program addresses employment barriers and addresses the physical, emotional, social, and mental health needs of youth, empowering them to secure and maintain long-term or career employment. To accommodate the diverse employment readiness and needs of youth, we have identified four program categories.
With this flexible approach, providers can tailor their programming and services to best meet the needs of each individual youth. Providers have the option to implement programming under a single program category or multiple categories.

College 101
Employment Services
We help support at-risk youth, ages 16-24, with an integrated approach to employment opportunities through job training, life skills, career advising, and social emotional support. Apply with the Illinois Youth Investment Program.
